  18. This manual assumes that you are already familiar with MenuTrix 1.0, and covers only what's changed between version 1.0 and 1.1.  If you are new to MenuTrix, see the file MenuTrix "Read Me" for complete documentation.

  23. ShareWare Notes

MenuTrix 1.1 is still ShareWare, and you must still register if you wish to use MenuTrix after ten days.  If you are a registered user of MenuTrix 1.0, your current registration covers all versions of MenuTrix 1.x, including this version;  you do not have to "re-register" for each minor upgrade of MenuTrix 1.x (including this one).

  34. The installation process has changed.  For best results, we highly recommend following these steps for installing MenuTrix 1.1:

  36. [1]  Delete all copies and aliases of the  • MenuTrix 1.0 program file.
  37.  
  38. [2]  Extract the file • MenuTrix from the MenuTrix 1.1 .SIT StuffIt archive file.

  40. [3]  Move • MenuTrix directly to the Startup Items folder, located inside of your System folder.

  48. *Fixed a problem with MenuTrix drawing to the menu bar area, even when
  49.     the menu bar was hidden.

  51. *Fixed a compatibility problem with screen blankers.

  55. *Added better handling for out-of-memory conditions.

  57. *Performed some minor code tweaks that'll help keep MenuTrix from running out
